Residents and workers around Victoria Street may have lost their favourite coffee spot, Coffee Traders, which was formerly in the Food Containers next to the giant gnome sculpture, however, they won’t have to go far to discover its new location.

Vanessa Clements started her coffee shop, Coffee Traders, in 2015 within the Countrywide Property developed Food Containers, positioned on the corner of Salisbury and Victoria Street.

After two successful years of operating, Countrywide Property owner, Richard Diver, gave Clements the opportunity to take a space in his biggest development yet, 123 Victoria Street, which sits next door to the containers.

Clements jumped at the opportunity and has now moved her coffee shop into the elegant lobby of 123 Victoria Street which houses recently formed accounting firm, Nexia New Zealand.

Clement’s had no qualms about signing on with Countrywide Property and even attributes part of her business’ success to them. “I can’t speak highly enough of Countrywide, they go out of their way to help me succeed in my business, they are not just collecting rent, they are helping me build my business.”

Coffee Traders opened for business at the start of April and operates Monday to Friday from 6.30AM to 4.00PM.
