The largest Countrywide Property development to date, 123 Victoria Street is set to go ahead with the confirmation of tenancy for the top floor.

The owner of Countrywide, Richard Diver is confident the building “helps cement Victoria Street as a more desired part of town to be in.” The street is humming and is all but complete, with the last of the gaps being filled and demand for floor space high.

With a combined staff of 90, the newly merged Nexia New Zealand was looking for a building that could accommodate all of their staff. The 1600 metre floor plan available at 123 Victoria Street was ideal and with a price to match, Chief Executive Graham Russell couldn’t look past it.

The opportunity to sign up to a brand new office space, in the desirable Victoria Street provided Nexia New Zealand with an excellent opportunity. “The strong design, fresh aesthetics and attractive location are ideal for the new business coming together under one roof,” said Russell. These factors, combined with the “professional management, responsiveness and engaged attention of Countrywide Property as landlords,” made the property particularly attractive said Russell.

For Richard and Countrywide, having Nexia New Zealand as a tenant provides the surety and certainty that comes with a long established company, and an excellent foundation for securing further tenants.
