Tenants are being sought for a $30 million development in central Christchurch.
The first new building announced for Christchurch’s new health precinct needs tenants before it can go ahead.
The riverside building, planned for 32 Oxford Tce, will be a gutting and refurbishment of the old Deloitte House rather than a complete rebuild.
Its developer is the busy Richard Diver, who is responsible through his Countrywide Property group of companies for 10 new and refurbished buildings in Victoria St plus others in the city.
